The Opportunity
CureTech is seeking an ASC distributor partner (1099) to develop and expand surgical facility partnerships within an assigned territory.
This role is built for medical device reps operating inside high-volume ambulatory surgery centers—offering a direct path to generate incremental revenue by introducing post-operative recovery solutions within the same surgical workflows you already support.
You’ll work directly with ASC administrators, surgeons, and clinical staff to extend patient care beyond the procedure—integrating seamlessly into existing processes without adding operational burden.
What You’ll Do
• Introduce CureTech’s post-operative recovery solutions within existing ASC workflows • Coordinate initial conversations with facility leadership and clinical teams
• Support onboarding to ensure smooth implementation and consistent utilization • Maintain alignment across accounts to ensure consistent performance and utilization • Identify expansion opportunities within active facilities
• Partner with CureTech leadership and support teams to drive account growth
What We’re Looking For
• Currently operating inside ambulatory surgery centers in a medical device or clinical sales role • Strong relationships with ASC administrators, surgeons, and clinical staff
• Self-directed and comfortable operating independently within clinical environments • Professional, credible presence with the ability to navigate ASC workflows
• Comfortable introducing solutions within existing surgical processes
Preferred:
• Experience in orthopedic, surgical, or ASC-based sales
• Existing ASC footprint or book of business
• Familiarity with post-operative workflows and discharge planning
