The Opportunity
CureTech is seeking an Area Sales Manager (ASM) to build and grow a defined territory within our Lymphedema Sales Team.
This is a territory expansion opportunity—you’ll develop new clinical partnerships while growing CureTech’s presence within an established healthcare market.
You’ll work directly with clinicians who treat lymphedema and chronic swelling, including: • Vascular surgeons
• Certified Lymphedema Therapists (CLTs)
• Physical therapists and rehabilitation clinics
• Wound care centers and podiatry practices
• Oncology and breast cancer treatment centers
In addition to lymphedema therapy solutions, you’ll have access to CureTech’s broader DME portfolio— creating multiple pathways for growth within existing accounts.
What You’ll Do
• Build and grow CureTech’s lymphedema therapy business within your territory
• Develop strong clinical partnerships with vascular specialists, therapists, and rehabilitation providers • Educate clinicians on treatment pathways and drive adoption of compression therapy solutions • Implement therapy protocols within provider practices to ensure consistent utilization • Guide offices through CureTech’s streamlined ordering and patient onboarding process • Identify and expand opportunities within existing accounts and surrounding markets • Partner with leadership, operations, and clinical teams to deliver a seamless provider and patient experience
What We’re Looking For
• Based within the assigned territory
• Proven ability—or clear potential—to build and grow a territory
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills in clinical environments • Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable operating independently in the field • Confident engaging directly with clinicians, therapy teams, and office staff
Preferred:
• Experience in medical device, DME, vascular, rehabilitation, or clinical sales
• Familiarity with lymphedema therapy, vascular medicine, or outpatient surgery environments Compensation & Benefits
Top performers quickly scale into the $165K–$180K range as their territory grows.
• Salary + Uncapped Monthly Commission
• On-Target Earnings (Year 1): $100,000 – $110,000
• On-Target Earnings (Year 2+): $165,000 – $180,000
