As demand for lymphedema therapy continues to grow, we’re expanding our Clinical Therapies team to build and scale high-performing territories across the country.

The Opportunity

CureTech is seeking an Area Sales Manager (ASM) to own and expand a defined territory within our Clinical Therapies Sales Team, focused on lymphedema therapy.

This is a high-impact expansion role—building new clinical partnerships while driving measurable growth across an established, opportunity-rich market.

You’ll develop your territory by driving adoption across key specialties.

  • Vascular surgery
  • Certified Lymphedema Therapists (CLTs)
  • Physical therapy and rehabilitation clinics
  • Wound care and podiatry
  • Oncology and breast cancer centers

This isn’t a single-product role. You are building something that compounds.

You’ll introduce a full therapy pathway, supported by a broad DME portfolio—creating multiple revenue streams within each account.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish a core base of prescribing accounts across your territory
  • Convert new relationships into consistent, recurring referral sources
  • Educate clinicians on treatment pathways and drive therapy adoption
  • Implement simple, repeatable workflows inside provider offices
  • Guide staff through ordering, onboarding, and patient setup
  • Expand within existing accounts while unlocking new opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless provider and patient experience

What Winning Looks Like

  • First 90 Days: Build target account base and generate initial prescribing activity
  • 6 Months: Consistent monthly referrals across multiple core accounts
  • 12 Months: Territory performing at or above plan with clear expansion pipeline

What We’re Looking For

  • Based within the assigned territory
  • Proven ability—or clear trajectory—to build and grow a territory
  • Strong presence in clinical environments; confident with providers and staff
  • Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable operating independently
  • Competitive, driven, and ownership-minded

Preferred:

  • Medical device, DME, vascular, rehab, or clinical sales experience
  • Familiarity with lymphedema, vascular, or outpatient care environments

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary + Uncapped monthly commission
  • $115K OTE (Year 1)
  • $180K+ OTE (Year 2)
  • Guaranteed income during ramp-up
